By accessing and using Supernova Tone ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Products and Services

Supernova Tone sells digital products specifically designed for the Neural DSP Quad Cortex guitar processor. Our products include:

• Neural Captures: Digital replicas of real tube amplifiers created using Neural DSP's machine learning technology
• Each product includes 20 preamp captures covering both channels of the amplifier
• All captures are compatible with Quad Cortex firmware 1.0.0 and later
• Products require a Quad Cortex unit and Cortex Cloud account to use

No Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds for digital products.

Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases are non-refundable. Once a product is delivered to your Cortex Cloud account, the transaction cannot be reversed. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions, audio samples (when available), and system requirements before purchasing. If you have questions about a product, please contact us before making a purchase.

Delivery and Fulfillment

Products are delivered manually via Cortex Cloud sharing:

• Delivery Timeframe: All orders are fulfilled within 24 hours of purchase, often same-day
• Delivery Method: Our administrator will manually share the captures to your Cortex Cloud username using the Neural DSP Cortex Cloud mobile app
• You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase
• You will receive a fulfillment notification email when your order is complete
• Once shared, captures will appear in your Cortex Cloud account and can be downloaded to your Quad Cortex unit

User Requirements

To purchase and use our products, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• Own or have access to a Neural DSP Quad Cortex unit
• Have a valid Cortex Cloud account with a username
• Provide accurate email and Cortex Cloud username information at checkout

User Responsibilities and Restrictions

When you purchase our products, you agree to the following:

• Products are licensed for personal use only
• You may not share, distribute, resell, or transfer purchased captures to others
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the capture files
• You are responsible for ensuring your Cortex Cloud username is accurate at checkout
• We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect username information

Intellectual Property

All Neural Captures sold on this site are the intellectual property of Supernova Tone. Purchase of a capture grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the capture with your Quad Cortex unit. All other rights are reserved.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to create high-quality captures, we do not guarantee that captures will meet your specific tonal preferences or requirements. This is why we have a strict no-refund policy.

Limitation of Liability

Supernova Tone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
